Our classes are lead by professional coaches who are constantly observing and guiding your workouts. In each class, you will find a culture constructed out of a variety of individuals who are choosing to prioritize their health and fitness. The members of FUEL are dedicated to the success of not only themselves, but also to those around them. We work as a team to overcome the challenges of each workout, and to continually move one step closer to our goals.

Fundamentals is a comprehensive course that will completely redefine your movement.
You will learn the principles of quality movement, and be able to apply them to any new skill that you learn (in the gym, and in life).
Fundamentals is comprised of 7 PT sessions with one of our highly skilled coaches, plus 1 Chaperoned group training session.

CrossFit at FUEL
CrossFit is performing constantly varied, functional movements, at high intensity. Functional movements are the core movements of life, and reflect the best aspects of weightlifting, gymnastics, running, rowing and more. They are best suited for moving large loads long distances, and maximizing work capacity. The aim of CrossFit is to forge a broad and inclusive fitness supported by measurable, observable, and repeatable results.
Another key aspect of functional movement is the quality at which it is executed. At FUEL, we emphasize a “movement above all” mentality. Through this approach you will maximize your body’s performance potential in a safe and sustainable manner. These movement qualities will pour over into your daily routine, further enhancing your quality of life.
CrossFit Moms and Dads
This class is offered at 9:00 AM and follows our regular CrossFit programming. It allows for our clients to get a great workout in while their children are looked after. If you need child care for your workout, this program is for you!
FUEL Exercise Racing is our custom programming option for those looking to take their fitness to the competition floor and want a more personalized approach.
The Athlete Project
The Athlete Project is our sport performance training platform. It has prepared over 300 athletes and 100 collegiate athlete for competitive sport.
At The Athlete Project, we develop the physical characteristics specifically needed in an athlete’s sport. These include injury resistance, speed, strength, power, agility, coordination and mobility. In order to maximize the progress of our athletes, we offer different programs that are suited to each athlete’s skill and developmental goals. We operate our programs in line with the long term athletic development model.
