At FUEL, we have been teaching CrossFit as a vehicle to get fitness results for over a decade. Previously “CrossFit Lethbridge”, FUEL has changed the game of functional fitness. We have analyzed and refined traditional CrossFit programming to bring a meticulously planned approach to fitness. We have crafted group programming and tailored it to individual goals. We do this through a combination of our weekly template, which balances all elements of fitness across our 7-day schedule, and our goal based training templates. This combination, guided by our core values, has forged a culture that is unmatched in its ability to get you to your fitness goals while having fun in the process.

Too many times people start a fitness regiment with unrealistic ideals as to what they will get out of them. Traditional CrossFit models are no better in this regard.. That is something we learned the hard way. We are not too proud to say we have not messed up along the way, but it has led us to a point where we can confidently say we can get you to your fitness goals better than anyone else.
Have you heard CrossFit is dangerous? That you will undoubtably get hurt? It is the elephant in the room and is not completely unwarranted. Think of “CrossFit” like a powerful car. It can get you where you want to go incredibly fast but is stomping on the gas your first time to the grocery store your best idea? Probably not. This is where our coaches come in. They are your co-pilot on your way to your destination, wherever that might be. They will progress you from the parking lot to the the high way and not let you veer off the road or make any wrong turns. Essentially this is what we offer, expert guidance. We sell coaching. A person in your passenger seat that will be with you through your fitness journey. Through the ups and downs, the transformations and the doubts. They will be there, with your best interests in mind.
How we do this:

Step 2- Fundamentals
All of our new members start out in our fundamentals program. This is 7, 1-hour sessions with one of our coaches. They will take you through a full battery of human movement and teach you everything we will do in our group classes. Think of this as your parent or driving instructor showing you the ropes of the car in the parking lot. They will show you how to modify the movements and tailor the progressions to your goals and fitness ability. Once you have completed the 7 sessions they will accompany you to your first class and make sure you feel comfortable with the new environment.
Step 3- Membership
This is where your training will take off. All of our memberships are unlimited and you will have full access to our classes and coaching expertise. For membership options click here. We suggest you look over our goal-based training templates and pick the one suited to your fitness goals. All of our classes are coached by industry leading professionals. You will be working in a group of like-minded people all striving to be the best version of them selves.
