We want you to get as much as possible out of your training. One thing that is paramount to success is consistency, both in volume and in specificity. We have laid out a weekly template that our CrossFit programming will follow.
This will allow you set up your week to align with your training goals. The most successful strategy that you can adopt is: building a plan/routine to consistently come into the gym. Put it in your calendar so you don’t find an excuse not to attend, or double book yourself. If you have some specific goals, you can schedule your training days into your week accordingly. This will keep you accountable and attending regularly.
